While home sales in the Thurston County market have been above average, in this week's report they slid 7.1% to 403 homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, King County reported 3,169 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. Months of inventory is on a four-week upswing, this week hitting three months. In spite of the decrease in sales, the lack of inventory signals that Thurston County is still a seller's market.
